My name is Cesar Torres and I am the new food service provider for Hellenic American Academy. I am operating as a sole proprietor under my brand LCB Concepts which specializes in Culinary & Innovations.
With 25 years of combined experience as an Executive Chef in both corporate and K-12 operations, I am excited to take on this new journey and have the opportunity to elevate the meal service program. You can expect a higher level of quality and variety with balanced options that is appealing to all.
Menu Calendars & Payments must be submitted by the cutoff date (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Due dates will be adjusted for Vacation weeks.
All parents who wish to order hot lunches must turn filled out menus into the main office by the due date, do not email selections. Starting September 2026 menu submissions sent via email will not be accepted. The physical copies MUST be turned into the office on time and will be returned with a “check mark” confirming it has been received and entered into the system.
