I would like to formally introduce myself as the new food service provider for Hellenic Academy.
My name is Cesar Torres and I am the new food service provider for Hellenic American Academy. I am operating as a sole proprietor under my brand LCB Concepts which specializes in Culinary & Innovations.
With 25 years of combined experience as an Executive Chef in both corporate and K-12 operations, I am excited to take on this new journey and have the opportunity to elevate the meal service program. You can expect a higher level of quality and variety with balanced options that is appealing to all.
Menu Calendars & Payments must be submitted by the cutoff date (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Due dates will be adjusted for Vacation weeks.

Refunds/Credits will only be issued in the event of a school closing
Please note that I will be offering a Bag Lunch for purchase on all Half Days.
Here are the choice options: Deli Sandwich, Salad of the Day, Bagel Fun Lunch, Sun butter & Jelly Sandwich.
